| In this national program, small groups of 8 to 12 people meet weekly. With the help of a facilitator/leader we discuss our week's readings. | |

The progam runs for 39 weeks, beginning in the Fall and running into May (with Christmas and Easter off!). A new "snowbird" version was added for 2001-2002 with meetings in the Fall and Spring. A study guide helps interpret the readings. Nationally recognized biblical scholars provide their insight into the readings through a weekly videotape. |
| The views of all members of the group contribute to everyone's understanding. Rather than being a Bible study course, it's a way of experiencing the scriptures with a group of friends. | |

The final meeting brings all of the groups together. After a meal, we share a service of dedication and Holy Communion. Of course there had to be a camera there to record the event the very first time! |
